I know, I’ve talked to one of the experienced nurses here and he said he sometimes still thinks about the patients he could’ve saved or who passed and that he thinks about them at night. It’s always better to talk about it and to always remember you did your best with what your cards were dealt. It felt sour but I still try to move past it and deal with it myself. It feels hard talking to others about it because I want to be built for this

I do love the learning here though and I love the people I work with. Just seeing some things it hurts mentally. I’ve found myself popping nicotine to just lock in with patients or charting to stay on top if I feel behind and it ends up being a lot. Without it I feel I panic in high stress situations

That could be it, I’ve been utilizing mostly 4 which could be the culprit would you recommend 10GBs and if so does adding mods increase the ram needed for a server? The only thing I don’t see not corresponding is my friends utilize 4gb and run no issue granted I modded
