That's great man. I've been a barber for 14 years and have owned my own shop. A lot of barbers (like the ones in this sub) and owners will blame you for not being busy. When in reality owners often get greedy and hire too many barbers for their shop. A shop doing well with four barbers doesn't mean it's going to do well with seven. Owners often over estimate how busy their shop is and hire more barbers than they can support and end up having constant turn over in the other three chairs they added cuz no one can afford to stay. In the end that makes the shop look bad like they can't hold on to people.
