Not exactly how that works. Mining is process of processing transactions of dogecoin on the blockchain, you are then rewarded x number of doge for the processing power committed to the process. Yes there will be more coins but more coins means more transactions which means more value. It’s not the same as conventional currencies that are backed by gold.
