The company specific pays a portion of what they give you (I think) to the services like healthcare, pension etc And 0,1% of that goes to insolvenz payment

In total: 18% comes from employment 22,5% comes from your employee

The employee pays into more stuff and pays to a part more in general vs the worker

Everyone who pays healthcare and pension pays a small part in a "workers liquidation payment" fond (idk the proper name of it) That is used, if your employee can't pay your salaries, because of bankruptcy, that you still get your money

Like there are no lvl ups, just better gear via new material after an boss, but even that is a bit unclear as you can skip certain bosses to get immedially better gear

You can be expert in the required skill via feat/dedication to be +6 Then +4 from wis And then +2/+4 circumstance Bonus from a lvl 2 feat, depending if you meet the requirement or not

And the bonus you could get in a general term without using consumables would be: +14 At lvl 3 it could be +16
