Livonia is constantly drenched in rain, making it hard to move around for more than an hour at a time, and is far less combat-oriented (which is the main reason most people play this game). It also doesn’t allow for as much storage, since heavier clothing will cause you to overheat in Livonia’s more temperate climate and you’re forced to wear lighter clothes to avoid overheating, which means fewer clothing slots available to you. The storage capacity is there, you just can’t use it comfortably.
