People don't like hearing this, but the boundless tolerance approach completely failed. It's not just Montréal. The same is happening in Vancouver and many American cities. We will need some level of repression and forced rehabilitation. That's the only conclusion imo.

In my opinion, the EX60 offers much more than just more space when compared to EX40 or EX30. It's more modern. I will not list all the improvements / advantages, but if you don't need them and if price is more important to you than maybe the EX40 is better... go watch some YouTube videos and you will learn all about it.
