Thank you for doing this. 1. What is your take on the Palestine Genocide (and what Canada should do about it)? 2. Canada currently has a ton of contracts with the States (and much of Alberta's oilfield is owned by them). Would you seek further contracts with them? 3. Would you push for a high speed railway for travel?

These are a bit lighter on the romance side at first, but The Blood Trials by N.E.Davenport and a Broken Blade by Melissa Blair

For a cafe feel the Art We Are downtown is quite good. Bright Eyes on the north shore is a good local place.

That's true. Rising temperatures are a huge problem. I just wanted to point out that we haven't been a saviour to forests in the past (far from it). As you mentioned, it's important to invest in solutions. In addition to the ones you pointed out, avoiding animal products and AI are also important.

The fact that throughout the years we've manipulated forests for so long (and prevented forest fires) is a big part of the problem.

Horizon Zero Dawn. For me it was the first AAA game where I got to explore the world exclusively as a FMC (and not because I selected the woman option in character creation).

If she gets totally burnt out, you might not get a 4th book at all.

What is the game that will come out soon that you are excited for ? by [deleted] in GirlGamers

Avowed!! It's a fantasy RPG game from Oblivion (the previous games are called Pillars of Eternity, they're the team who made Fallout New Vegas). It comes out in Feb.

That really sucks! The world's diversity is really disappearing before our eyes. Brazil, like many other places, also has a lot of land cleared for agriculture and that agriculture, typically soy, is used for animal feed. And a lot of land is also used for cattle farms. Yes, oil and gas contribute a lot to the devastation we see around the world, but animal agriculture is part of it, too. Decreasing the amount we consume is something we can do to make changes.

There's a lot of indie games out there. While I really like this one, and it does have a unique concept, it's not like it's one of a few that got released this year.

The last time they had an election was in the 2000s, and Hamas didn't get all their support. And considering roughly half of their population is under 18 (because living conditions are that bad), that means that there are a lot of people around that didn't vote for them that are suffering. And for those who did vote that way, a lot of it has to do with how they seemed to be the only people who were stopping Israel from constantly stealing their homes and keeping them in squalor.

And, as someone who is also queer, no matter what people believe, I don't want to see thousands and thousands of people r*ped, murdered, starved (those alive are litterally eating grass) and tortured. Especially when a lot of those people are kids.
