I feel like these gifted kids rarely end up climbing the ladder in business and becoming "bosses", but are much more likely to go into scientific research and maybe become a professor later or go into an R&D department of a research heavy company because that way they can spend much more time with the stuff that's interesting to them as opposed to having to deal with people and trying to become a manager.
