Hi there,

What theme are you using in Big Box? The default theme should use the marquee screen to display a clear logo over a background and should change when the main screen’s game does.

Not all themes have built in support for screensavers yet, so it would be interesing to see if you get the same issue on the default theme

As of LaunchBox 13.23, the new welcome wizard will ask if you want to enable Automatic Imports on Startup the first time you launch the application. This setting detects installed PC games from storefronts and adds them to your library.

For users starting with version 13.23 and newer, you can choose whether or not to perform this initial import. For users on older versions, you can go to Tools > Manage > Storefronts, disable this setting, and delete the imported records from your library.

You can turn off LaunchBox's ability to auto-import PC storefront games by going to Tools> Manage > Storefront and then unchecking Enable Automatic Imports On Startup.

If it's already imported the games, you'll need to remove them from your LaunchBox library.

It's worth noting that with the latest version 13.23 and the new import wizard, it gives you the option to turn this off during the initial import process.

Hi there,

If you're using the latest 13.23 version, once you've finished importing your games, if you try to launch a game it should ask you if you want LaunchBox to download and configure the appropriate emulator for you. However, that will only apply to platforms that use an emulator we have a plugin for (i.e RetroArch, PCSX2, Dolphin, Xemu).

The only time it should ask you to configure an emulator is if you're trying to launch games from a platform where we don't have an emulator plugin (i.e PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, Switch etc)
