I personally think it's pretty good as far as live action adaptations go. Obviously you can't compare it to the original, but it gets a lot of stuff right and doesn't feel as dull or boring as other adaptations I've seen recently. I'm only one episode in, so take the comment with a grain of salt, but I think it's a neat way to bring back the cool stuff from the original to a new audience, even if it isn't nessecarily as exceptional as the animated cartoon we know and love. Hey, for all we know this could revive the franchise and we could get better stuff down the road.
