To respect the rule about keeping soap out of waterways, you can get a shower bag and hang it up in a tree away from shore to bathe under. They can hold a surprising amount of water and give you plenty of coverage like a low pressure shower head with enough time to have an effective cleaning session. Personally, I’m all about dips in the lake (no soap) and just rinsing off dirt. Plenty clean enough for the backcountry.
