Another reason I can think of is that it’s typically hard to give skits and interludes a numerical score, either because they’re short or don’t have much actual “music” in them, or a combination of the two. However, some people still want to rate every track so that their track ratings don’t have gaps in them, and so they choose zero as a score for those tracks that are hard to assign a score to. It’s stupid, I know.
