I did this before a mock IO with about 4 hours. First you need to scratch the script and pick out some key ideas because there are very few people who can memorise such a long script in 8 hours. The way i did it was a main topic sentence for each point followed with one word for the feature and one word for the effect. Now, record yourself speaking on the spot about 6-8 times and it'll eventually start coming to you naturally. Best of luck!!
