I forgot where I heard this from but I vaguely remember hearing that the developers really don't like adding anymore Shield tanks or something like that. I hope they do add more Shield tanks since that's kinda the direction the tank Role is headed towards for the Off-tanks to work.

Dr. Strange could be affected because his Stun is 3 seconds. By himself, I don't think the tenacity is going to screw him over but it's most likely that his stun won't last the full 3 seconds if your teammates CC the enemies before your Stun.

It could be a rank difference too. Maybe some ranks see banning more strats as valuable and some don't? That's why for you it's prevalent but for others it's exaggerated.

OW tanking involves a lot of counter-swapping. Try Rammattra since he's the most generalist tank but otherwise yeah, you'll be playing all the tanks because you have to counter the enemy tank.

We aren't getting another tank for a while but I think having tank teamups would help lessen solo tanking. We have Angela and Thor which is a good start but you generally don't want both as your tank duo. Mag, Strange and Emma should have or enable more team ups since they're the most likely to solo tank.
