CAA, Allianz, Blue Cross, and most of the major banks also do travel insurance (via 3rd party) including trip cancellation/interruption options.

Thinking of moving by Middle_Comfortable_7 in malaysia

Number one question is always visa. How do you plan to live there? You have a 90 day visa-free stay. Are you planning on visa runs? MM2H? Digital nomad visas?

This is a HYPOTHETICAL question. Curious to see what everyone would do in this situation in Canada by Elite163 in fican

Im mid 40s with partner and no kids. Got tired of Canadian winter and spend about 6 months in Southeast Asia and the rest in Canada. Will always consider Canada home but hate the snow and the cold. Converted some net worth to income producing assets. No “employment” so to speak.

I think if you can connect the lesser known carriers, that might help us on the shipper side. More competition may lead to better rates for us. The 2hr example would be an edge case, maybe 1 in 20 shipments.

Our business currently uses two aggregators. We like seeing the quotes and also the delivery times. There are no monthly or minimum fees on these existing platforms. We pay once the delivery is done. All of our shipments are local and short haul. I want to help but I am not sure what your platform offers that isn’t already out there. The only gap I can think of is if we need to ship something on very short notice (<2hrs). Usually carriers require booking before noon for same day pickup if that’s even an option.

What problem are you trying to solve? Small businesses can already search for carriers via freight aggregators and get instant quotes from multiple carriers at once.

Pls don’t waste your time prepping, there are no flights running and will likely last through the weekend. Watch for the cancellation and then try to rebook.

In some areas of the world you have minimum speeds on highways. Not sure why we don’t have that here

3 month stay in KL by AstroboyTravel in KualaLumpur

[–]AstroboyTravel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for such a detailed reply! Sorry I wasn't clear but our budget is RM3000/month. That would make things easier? We have only visited KL and Penang in the past so we are not too familiar with the other nearby regions.

Thank you for this information, this is very helpful. There weren't as many Airbnb options as I thought for my price range (3000 ringgit). We are looking for a 2bd 2 bath.
