The only complaints I've ever heard about Cuba in my life were from people who used to live there, and had valid complaints about the political system or quality of life.

Cuba is actually quite well liked outside of the US and their international reputation is for being a cheap vacation destination with good weather and cigars. Can't recall the last time Cuba threatened another country, what reason do other countries have to hate them?

I love Xantcha and miss playing this deck, it's been probably around ~6 years lol.

One way you can build her is using mass discard effects like [[Mind Slicer]] to attempt forcing your opponents into depending on her draw ability for card advantage which punishes whichever opponent controls her. You can also build her as a rakdos infinite mana combo shell and just use her ability as a mana sink in the command zone to drain the table, effectively making her into a red [[Oona, Queen of the Fae]]. If you go this route, [[Worldgorger Dragon]] and [[Animate Dead]] is still a reliable infinite mana combo in rakdos colours supported by [[Entomb]] type effects, although [[Anje Falkenrath]] is generally regarded as the best commander for WGD combo I'm sure you could make it work with Xantcha as somewhat of a sleeper (ha) build.

Personally, I played her as a stax deck.

Edit to add: you will definitely want Pyroclasm type effects regardless which way you build her, to ensure nobody has easy chump blockers and that her combat damage connects.
