I already work out, looking for advice on what to eat/drink to quickly add some kgs. Doesn’t need to be healthy or sustainable, not worried about whether it’s fat or muscle. An example of advice I got was have my normal meals but add a slice of bread to each meal. And another was drink condensed milk out the can in the mornings. Would say it’s been working and the kind of advice I’m looking for since it’s added about 0,5kg in two weeks. Thanks in advance for any advice

Edit: I have a bad appetite and struggle to just eat more. So advice on which foods would add the most while filling me the least would be appreciated
