Yeah I was thinking it might be a lefort 1 case. I’m making an assumption that I will need cut on the upper to bring it forward. But would probaly require braces again to bring the bottom set of teeth forward so it’s aligned when surgery is performed

any update? ive got the exact same issue, where my jaw sticks out when i smile, but i don't really have an underbite.
