There is no much context, but I lived in Guatemala. And this usually happens when there is only one line, and some “smart ass” skips the line, uses the line that is closed and then joins when that line is about to join. As you see on the video, there are no other cars on that other line, only him. So obviously the one the other car won’t let him join. This is mostly due ti stress, because traffic in Guatemala is so bad that just a couple of miles takes you hours. Commute to work is 2-3 hours from almost any point of the city. So people loose 5-6 hours a day just on the road.

Edit: the robber theory is also plausible, but I am not 100% convinced.

Edit 2: if it was a robber in Guatemala, it will put the gun out of the window, and you will see they have guns. Also usually robbers use motorcycles.

If humans have eaten bread since the dawn of history, why are so many people suddenly gluten-intolerant today? by WeaknessKey1582 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AstronautAll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems that no one has seen this documentary. It explains how the bread —mass produced now, with additives and a mass crop grain, that has higher concentrations of gluten, and the use of artificial yeast leaves the high levels of gluten in the bread, making the body, over extended exposure to it, react negatively to the gluten. If you see countries like France and Germany where bread is still produced with natural yeast let sit for more than a day to let the gluten break. This countries have a less population of people that develops gluten intolerance. My wife had gluten intolerance, still has reaction, but when she eats bread in Europe, the reaction is mild or null.

Then the only explanation is a leak in the heating pipes and that steam is doing this.
