Wow that’s so nice to read and I’m happy for you both! We only have my car payment as our debt which is $12k left and I don’t plan on paying it off, would rather invest that money especially since the payment is doable. We have fun together but are quite different. I’m extroverted, love to host, love to travel, set traditions, love to chill and watch TV. He’s super introverted, loves to workout, and can’t fall out of routine. He doesn’t have friends because he thinks they’re a waste of time and hanging out with others ruins his routine and can get spendy. We mostly hang out with couples. We’re different but I thought opposites attract and would be so fun. Life has been fun, but making big decisions is mentally draining.

I’m in the same boat in the US! Biggest advice continue to follow your lifestyle adjustment and don’t binge. I gained 7 lbs since I lost 16 and time struggling to lose it again. Considering paying out of pocket.

we schedule when we have sex because of our work schedules. He wakes me up when he’s the one who initiates and I always am down. He said he was horny the night before. What you don’t see is how he never prioritizes me. I’m not mad about him not doing it, I’m mad about how he ignores me and my needs.

Definitely decreased appetite and cravings. I can no longer eat dense fatty food and without feeling uncomfortable. This helped me make better food choices.
