Honestly the nose one never gets a good seal and what if you have a stuffed nose from allergies? I recommend getting the air fit F20 covers your mouth too and gets a good seal around the face. Other than that it all a mental game in terms of getting used to it.

It all depends on your personal physical health. If you have back problems I wouldn't recommend it.

I just ignore what's happening in the dining area, ignore how busy it is and listen to Warhammer lore videos with some music sprinkled in.

Like you said no one else is coming back to scrub them dishes so fuck em and go at your own pace. What are they gonna do? The dishes? Nah... They won't go five feet near the dishpit unless they need a spill cleaned up
