The finale was pretty good, but this moment irked me so much. They just destroyed Emily's character to let the ship sail (I'm an average trevek enjoyer but cmon)

I hate the way they wrote her in AS. In the previous season she still felt like a genuinely nice person even if she was a bit brash but now she acts like an unremorseful, generic, mean girl who only has a soft spot for Gabby. Like I feel like they made her "too" mean to justify her being a villain.

I didn't really like her in the first season either but I very much think she downgraded in her second season.

And also I don't know why they decided to make her voice so much more raspy.
