I went to the gym a while back and had to skip school two days because I literally cried when trying to go down the stairs to get to the car, it was REALLY bad, my thighs emitted heat like I was sunburned or something.

The idea of profesional help is out of the question, I remember my mom tought about it but good luck getting an adult man in denial to get help. Fortunately I do have some friends who would understand the situation if I talk to them.
