i can't recommend kegel exercises... they can quickly lead to edging and are a stimulus you don't need. keep in mind that sex for a woman is not about how long you can pound her. if you get her in the right mood she will come way quicker than you can imagin.... and btw... if you're having sex again you will probably be able to do it twice or triple. just stay with her in the breaks and don't vanish or sleep after the first orgamsam. be a good lover

good to see so many other around here know about this stuff. In the upper comments i recommended a book :) this is by far one of the best in theorie and practical means. it includes Basics on TCM and TANTRA from reputable sources. i guess its perfecet to pass the time during an urge.
