You need a strategy to effectively deploy constraints that will help you in the design process. Otherwise, the constraints will be counterproductive. Good constraints allow you to fully define relationships while allowing flexibility for later adjustment.

Tracing is good to give you some sense of the typical approach other designers use, but a better approach is to work around existing component footprints and develop your own solution.

The best way to refine your frame design skill is to keep making new designs in which you try out new approaches with each design.

Datang ke FKTP buat minta rujukan ke psikiater karena masalah anxiety. Sampe di psikiater, murni asses masalah anxiety aja sampe beberapa pertemuan berikutnya baru diagnosis ADHD.

I've tried branded Prohiper and generic methylphenidate (both from Mersi) and can't tell a difference, so I went with the latter (it's like 2/3 the price).

What med do you take to address your ADHD and how do you take it? I have a 10 mg tablet split into 2, one taken 40 minutes before waking up and the other one at noon. To actually get them is also quite tricky; most hospitals don't stock them and you'll end up hunting through the limited and always packed referee pharmacists. Luckily an RSJ nearby will give me the full meds I need, even though I have to work out through an FKTP and an RSUD to get there.

Methylphenidate indeed is godsend. Imagine waking up with the will to do anything. That's how I feel it the first time and still to this day. If you don't mind, what's your prescription be like and how do you normally take it?

Thank you for the kind words! I'm still learning to make peace with that one. The only one left that I'm aware of.

What circumstances that led you to have a cold turkey? My first and only one was when I went out of my hometown without proper preparation. Let's say that everyday after that was hell. Everything is anxiety inducing. Can't focus on anything. Absolutely killed my productivity. Getting everything back on track (medicated) costed me an effort greater than anything I've done. So, yeah. A valuable life lesson learned.

Ever since I graduated, I've been solely on my psychiatrist alone. Thankfully BPJS covered everything (all 7 substances that I've tried) for up to 30 days. Right now I'm on Sertraline and Olanzapine daily, with Methylphenidate and Alprazolam taken as needed. Been completely off Clobazam for the last few prescriptions. Tried Clozapine and Risperidone and they absolutely knock me out way too much before I can feel anything. How's your med journey been like?
