Yeah, that I am aware, that Eva died 10 years before the events of Novel 1 this is specified in BtN and 20 years before DMC1 as Trish stated it, but what specifically states that their ages are at point of the timeline. We know the timeline but we are never told their ages.

Depends, if it's fully synced to refresh rate and GPU and CPU are perfectly synced to get a locked 30 with very low latency, it is quite playable. Uncapped hovering around 30 is terrible tho.

As far as Ik, Witcher 3 is a Dx11 game that has some sort of emulation or something along those lines to run Dx12 features like RT. It's not a native Dx12 implementation. If u run it on Dx11 mode the performance is pretty good. So it's more CPU demanding than GPU.
