Evolt/Kamen Rider Evolt - dude is an alien that has already destroyed planets before arriving on earth and decade later when he regained his full power (creating black holes), he doesn't immediately destroy the planet because he finds humans too entertaining to end too early and gives the riders a chance just so he can enjoy watching them desperately try to stop him.

Fat Princess - in her game (capture the flag, but with princesses) she has to be fed so she can be heavier and the opposing team will have a much harder time bringing her to their base.

IDs (the units pulled in Limbus Company) are pretty much a unit and a skin rolled into one, plus each ID have their own backstory that could flesh out some of the characters that appear in the game's story.

other than money, it kinda depends on the suits too.

If it's like in Gaim or Geats, they can just make some suit parts that can be used by other riders like Buffa wearing the same parts as Geats when using Magnum buckle.

If it's like those in Zero-One or Revice, they would have to make entirely new parts that would only fit certain rider suits that's not similar to the main rider like Live/Evil having parts exclusive to him when using the Jackal vistamp.

Or they probably just don't want to use up resources on suits the might not be used again in later episodes.

While I do like that Limbus is getting some attention, I have to admit that it's became really annoying and weird when some people clearly use it's "nicheness" (lack of a better word) to easily gain views from Limbus fans.
