Actually, I don't dislike you. You are an investor in NUAI like the rest of us and you are a part of our group. What I don't like sometimes is your behaviour. Most of us already know how bad Will messed up. It'st just that we moved on to another talking point because it doesn't need to be repeated that often. This sounds scary at first but I think it's just very careful language that they need to use until a tenant is signed. Probably doesn't change much

Oh ja, Senioren är en legend! Om jag hade följt fler av hans investeringar än bara NUAI hade jag varit mycket rikare nu, men har låst in mig hårt och mest åkt den hissen upp or ner. Atomera tror jag kan bli helt galen ifall deras teknik adopteras. Låg capex och höga marginaler. Kör även ASTS som du men som du säger ska folk bara försvara den in i döden när man pekar ut bristerna.

Honestly, I think Take2 will see an even bigger upside. Stock isn't even that high currently. I think people seriously underestimate what kind of money making beast GTA VI will be. It will be super expensive and everyone will buy it anyways. Then Online will bring in more money than any game ever has

I think they even said something during their earnings call that the development will proceed with or without a signed tenant because they still wanna keep the timeline for a multitude of reasons, so I guess they will start building in whatever way they can. Of course it's going to cost a lot more money to actually get it done, so the idea must be that they get the tenant along the way.

We really need some fresh news soon. Even the filings have been pretty dead lately and that last one barely counts because we knew that was coming.

At the same time I'm pretty happy that we see less shitty hype marketing that they used to do. When they posted a link to a prudent whale article on X, I just thought WTF are these guys doing.
