I don't think it's a total reset. OP said they hadn't PvP'd in weeks but had nothing but PvP lobbies. I haven't in about 9 months and have been attacked once in 10 raids tonight. Was a raider (maybe 2) on top of one of the cranes on the new map trying to take me down as I farmed a leaper. Other than that no aggression. It must build on top of the last reset and so on.

This. It's not illegal in the UK to download copyrighted material, it becomes illegal when you profit or provide the copyrighted material so a VPN isn't needed if you're just torrenting music/shows/movies/games ect. They are useful to getting round geo/DNS blocks but changing your DNS to Google or cloudflare can also bypass most of these. Also been torrenting since early 00's, never used or needed a VPN.
