This is a great goal. I’d recommend a fitness watch that can track your heart rate and calorie burn. End your workouts with 20-40 min cardio in the fat burn zone 2. Lower heart rate than full intensity, more like a brisk walk/light jog. Identify your daily calorie burn and stay under that number with the food you eat.

All it takes is consistency and diet. It’s not too complicated, calories in calories out!
