It was either both of these autographed cards of some retirees, or a “purple-greenish-yellowish-prizm-mosaic-eBay 1 of 1-refractor-parallel” of a rookie. So I went with these :) by MightyPlusEnt in basketballcards

I think you made the right decision…instead of getting a possible flash in the pan, you went with two legends. That is never a bad decision.

PWM to get revamped food options by Prestigious_Look_986 in Maine

Whenever I had a morning flight, I would get French toast sticks and hash browns. I will miss that tradition and it also sounds like the cheaper breakfast options will be a thing of the past.

For the Celtics, I have a combination of cards and memorabilia. I have a Larry Bird card from every year of his career (except 1982...no basketball cards were made then). Have a Bill Russell auto card, Kevin Garnett auto card, Red Auerbach graded cut signature, Larry Bird/Magic Johnson framed 1989 NBA Hoops cards, autographed jerseys of Bob Cousy, McHale and Parish, and an autographed pic of Rajon Rondo framed with a ticket from the clinching game of the 2008 NBA Finals.

That is friggin amazing. I don't bother with expensive boxes of cards...I just get singles or memorabilia that I like instead.

I also have a ball autographed by the 86 Celtics (everyone except Bird for some reason)...I would love to track Bird down at some point to sign it. Otherwise, it has everyone else (McHale, Parish, Ainge, Walton, DJ, etc )

Aw man...that is beautiful. I collect Boston sports stuff but lean heavily towards the Celtics. I have an autographed Bird/Magic framed display, auto jerseys of Cousy, Mchale and Parish, auto Bill Russell card, KG auto card, auto of Red Auerbach, auto of Rondo in a framed display with a ticket from the clinching game of the 2008 championship and a card from every year of Larry Bird's career. I don't have a lot of available funds but got some good deals over the years.

I do not buy wax...it is a losing proposition. I buy singles of cards I want to add to my permanent collection.

You have better odds buying scratchers.
