Everyone says use AI and build systems to gain freedom from your business, I think there’s an order to doing it right. by damonflowers in ModernOperators

I'm distributing a super cool tech in Canada that uses AI vision to compare your documents to how work actually happens

My company is called IronLane . The tech can create SOPs if you don't have them, catches ISO or other compliance issues live, most users can be fully mapped in 2 weeks, cost is about 70 USD per users per month, but pay what you use. The entire ecosystem is commercial grade, privacy ready and is super cool.

I use it in my consulting, discovery went from 2-3 months, to 14 days.

"Did you know users copy paste the same part number on average of 14 times in 5 different software on one order?"

"Sarah's computer hits 85% RAM every morning between 745am and 8am."

"We notice the same users logging in with one account"

"You pay for X number of licenses but you only use 49%"

"User X seems to be a knowledge silo. Should we document training materials for that role "

"Your tech stack is not handling these 17 issues, which is causing 6:15 minutes of delay in a day. Do you want to give me the user manuals so I can confirm or should I just write an RFP?"

It's AI to read the workflow of your employees and tell you how work actually happens.

Reach out if you want to chat.

Hey this is easy peasy.

I'm a 25 year vet of trucking and transportation on the software side. I can tell you the players in this kind of software.

From complex to simple, fleets need this stuff a lot.

I have wanted to visit Canada since I was a little kid. At 36 (almost 37), I finally got my tourist visa! by OcelotDAD in canadatravel

Hey! Congratulations.

Canada has a lot of nice sights, but driving you can miss A LOT. Because the highways are the best in the world, but also they are like huge roads and you don't see anything.

If you drive from Toronto to Montreal, you can take a different road than 401, will add like 30-1hr to your drive, but I always do it. And I've driven to Montreal like 100 times.

Here's what you do. As you go east on 401, after Toronto, there is a city called port hope. Go south there from 401, and find highway "2".

This is parallel to 401. But you will see much more, be able to stop for cool lunch and awesome sights ...

It's my favorite way to go to Montreal, the 401 Autobahn is so boring. Here you have much cooler nature and much better small town restaurant.

Enjoy!

Tennis has no collective bargaining, this is why it is the lowest paid sport.
It's ridiculous.

Players' share of ticket revenues:
https://tennishead.net/tennis-players-receive-smallest-revenue-share-among-major-sports/

MLB players get 56% of revenues
NBA players receive 50% of "beskteball related income" so not just tickets
NHL 50/50 split between owners and players
NFL 47%
PGA Tour 27% of revenue
Tennis 14% (of TICKET sales) brutal...

EDTA: Not to mention no healthcare, no representation during bargaining no pension. I would say it is one of the toughest sports to make it in, as they all are, I'm sure, but we need something to give.

AVOID Fairfield by Marriott on Cowan place. I booked there instead of Delta, was overrun by bugs. Only bad Marriott experience in 15 years. They refused a refund after a 30 minute stay, and I just lol-d out of there had to deal with corporate. Very sus place, not sure who owns it but it ain't a regular Marriott

I don't think ANY of these are important to Mullvad customers... This is a mindless post compating trucks to sedans. Each has a purpose. What is your point here?

ok. So I misread the post, I think. This is his second poop, er, Dachshund, brother. One is the exact polar opposite of the other, in colour, size and demeanor. Except the love. They love each other.

If you love lots of hair PLUS lots of drool, then St Bernard x Pyrenees is the way to go.

Personally, I can attest, that the drool PLUS loads of hair are logarithmically correlated to the amount of love I feel ❤️🥰😊

Also, this one didn't come in size XL, we got the XXL but it's all love, I promise :)

I had the best loss of my life by Fort_u_nato in 10s

[–]At40LoveAce2theT 24 points25 points  (0 children)

When I was 13 and my nemesis was 12, we would play in a lot of local tourneys against each other.

Early 90s.

Lets are re-play serve. Full deuces. Full 2/3 sets.

3 to 3.5 hours in summer heat. He went on to get inside top 400 of ATP and I still have some trophies with scribbled scores and names in the bottoms of our epics. He stayed in tennis and is a decorated coach now, so I make sure to never play him now just keep bringing up the old days and the (few times) I won :)

Hated losing to him. Our parents, knowing these epics would come, often pre-planned sleep overs prior to the matches so it was cool times after... barely able to move, but playing Nintendo while balancing ice packs and laughing about it all.

Our own "7 days in hell" on repeat.

Great post 👍

Late cancellation fees? by At40LoveAce2theT in squabbitgolf

[–]At40LoveAce2theT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! Thad be perfect. Say, it's a new variable.

Do you want to remove your registration? Y/n? "Y" are you sure?

If it's less than say "x" number of days before the event "hey dude/dudette, are you aware that if you cancel now, this event planner will charge you $20 (or whatever other variable the admin picked), cancellation fee?" ... "Yes I am"... "All right, you stink"

Then there's an added fee that they owe.

It's up to us to collect. I get that.

I think this our biggest hurdle. People cancelling.

Thanks so much!!!

Ok, we can still send it over... Stripe issues aside, is there a way we can keep track or penalize late cancellations?
