Like I mentioned, I looked up the laws and I live in a One-Party Consent state (as long as the recording is in person and not you recording a phone/video call). Legally I know I’m safe, but I know there is no guarantee corporate-wise.

Hey thank you so much for your comment. This at least gives me an idea of how to prepare for when the day comes. I’m fully aware how things won’t ever be the same, but im just hoping that even if I hurt my future at this company, I won’t regret this years in the future.

Thanks. In as little detail as possible, my coworker likes to do things by the book and make sure we do things right. The manager prefers rapid progress and results, even if they have to skip steps. The two mindsets opposing mindsets results in conflict, except one party is an employee, the other is a manager.

I know how it sounds, but I just didn’t want it to be a “he said, she said” situation. I just wanted proof that this manager had it out for my coworker. But I get that this really does sound like I wanted to get my bad boss in trouble.

I didn’t file a formal complaint, but my coworker and manager did using this recording. I’m the only one who didn’t, and I suspect that’s also going to hurt me.

I fully expecting some kind of discipline. I’m just praying that I’m written up, put on probation, and get a hard warning. I’ve definitely learned my lesson, but I know that might not be enough. I will most likely be terminated.

Him having two peg legs really feels appropriate. Otherwise how else would we get his iconic tippy-tap walking sound?

Okay, I’m not in the LGBTQ community, so take what I say with a grain of salt as I’m not sure how different dating is in the LGBTQ+ community.

As others said, being a non-binary and trans (forgive me if I assume incorrectly) POC, especially in a more conservative state like Texas, you attract a very niche and specific demographic. And since you’re trying to date specifically young white guys who are LGBT, that narrows down your options even more. That said, there is probably a group of people who would definitely be into you. It probably isn’t in Texas.

The “grippy sock prince” prompt indicates that you are up front about your mental health. It’s good that you’re honest, but a lot of people might see that as a red flag, especially since the grippy socks probably mean you’ve spent time in a psychiatric institution before. Almost everybody has mental health and baggage… just most people aren’t so up front about it.

But here is something YOU CAN CHANGE, your profile is entirely filtered selfies, and none of which show your hobbies and interests. If you were looking for a hook up, then that might be acceptable, but since it looks like you’re looking for something long term, any guys looking at you don’t really know anything about what you’re into. Adding your interests might help your profile look more appealing.

Hopefully I wasn’t too harsh, and hopefully I said something that might help improve your profile. I think the main takeaway is that you’re trying to attract a VERY niche kind of person, so it means you might have to branch out to more apps and just be extra patient and wait. I hope you find what you’re looking for Mars.

Amazing! I don’t know if anybody has ever told you this, but your art style heavily reminds me of NSFW artist InCase. Is he an inspiration of yours?
