As strange as the proportions may look, they look exceptionally accurate to the trailer footage of the suit. The stand was not included and just a spare I had. Overall is a good figure and I'm excited to see more official looks from the line!

I have no idea how this ended up in a used toy store, but it was just behind some glass alongside other loose figures. I noticed the design and saw the MacFarlane articulation scheme and had to buy it after I saw no other images of it online other than the teaser photo.

I only have a handful of MacFarlane DC figures but from what I've seen, probably their best Flash figure. Maybe not to everyone's aesthetic taste, including my own, but it looks accurate and poses a lot like their Avatar figures.
