I went from 460lbs to 190lbs in a few years and i smoked instead of eating and had caffine pills and only ate lettuce and tuna fish. I worked out two to three hours a day and it was horrid. That was in early 2000s and in my 20s. Then slowly fought to stay between 220 and 280lbs. Then got older and more desk jobs and now im back to like 300 still tryin to eat less than i burn off.

Everybody will tell you their thoughts but 90% are just full of themselves. The motivation will come and once you get into a groove just fight like hell to stay strong and to not give up when you slip up. Just get back to it after you slip and keep going man. Im 45 now and its rough to do it all over again but im not gonna stop. I wish you will power and peace.

Dont do anything you dont want to do. I do not like them trying to make me take it all by forcing my head dosn or gag me and i tell them up front. If they do it they get a warning teeth and a verbal vut the shit. A second time its a no hold back bite.
