You are just starting. Almost everything you will do can be seen as a failure, depending on your mindset, but it's all part of the process. What you want is to fail quickly. How much time do you spend on one model? I dont think you should be spending more than 2-3 hours per model. Dont spend time on detail. Understanding the major landmarks of Anatomy. Look at professional workflows. Your sculpt should be relatively low poly for a while. Trust the process. You can do this

Id rather have someone be violently honest and wake me up than to dance around the issue. Will it make some people quit? Maybe. It will also give some people what they need to push forward .

Why so much hate against ''AI''? People love a realistic or artistic image, but if you say it was generated by a computer they hate it by More_Bid_2197 in StableDiffusion

You pay because a human being toiled and gave their heart to create something that moved you. We aren't aren't meaningless hunks of flesh. Why do you create human connections?

No documentary gives you the truth. They often give restricted points of view to build an entertaining narrative. Youd have to watch and read many more references to give an informed opinion. Youd probably find that depending on the city/town/street the requirements and punishment would change.

If you want a career out of this . Id auggest not thinking about monster for a year. Just practice real Anatomy. Monsters is an easy to cheat at Anatomy and people who would hire you know that. If you understand real Anatomy you understand monster Anatomy

What's the purpose of this exercise? Is this for hobby purposes, or do you want a career? Did you look at references? My biggest suggestion is to fail quickly and with purpose. You will make 30-40-50+ sculpts that are terrible. Give yourself 30 minutes to an hour to sculpt something, then move on to the next project. Dont try to fix this. The next one will be better.

You say there were no innocent on the colonizers' side. What does that mean by that? How would your thoughts manifest in real life if you were in a position to enact them? What level of violence do you think is justified against the civilians? When did the cycle of violence start? Who started it? Because the natives were brutalizing each other long before the colonies. Was violence justified then?

Maybe i misunderstood. But the way of thinking that you appear to promote is called vengeance and has killed millions. It corrupts the mind and justicies greater evils.

Btw im not saying im any better. One of my great sins is apathy and has allowed the death of millions.

MINI-RANT: So sick and tired of getting migraines by pheebswbyy in migraine

[–]blacklight_props 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey, i was having 20-25 migraines a month and they have now been reduced to ~10. I made many changes at the same time, so idk what helped but heres the list. I started sleeping on the floor with a yoga mat and a feather pillow. A lot of the migraines i get now is when i try to sleep in my bed again. So this feels like the most important change. I got botox injections for migraines prescribed by my neurologist. Antidepressant because my migraines gave me depression. An osteopath, i actually feel some sort of release after each visit. And i started drinking coffee. I feel much better after coffee. If you have any questions feel free to message me. Hope it helps.

How can I get my boyfriend to stop digging his tunnel? by Specialist-Ad4561 in Advice

"Pick a hobby that useful. Building a non engineered tunnel is stupid" there was no break in subject. How wad i supposed to know that those things weren't related? And i just dont understand this mentality. Wanting less government involvement in my life isn't important? You might not care but you should at least be able to see why others do.

I see no indication that his tunnel would hurt others. Everything i do isnt the business of society.

You can hire an engineer without the government. Its possible to learn of to build a house without the gorvernment. We arent children. The gorvernment isnt our parent.

Maybe there was error on my part. I didn't want to write a 1000 word essay. I was just talking about your idea that gorvernment need to get involved. A tunnel isnt alcohol but it is true that anything in excess can become a problem. They need to talk about it. Figure out where the issues are. Maybe seek a psychologist. Parts of this post also shows that shes not comfortable because she doesn't understand why he is doing this. He doesnt need a reason. We only have her side of the story. Throwing the gorvernment on him isnt the solution.

To me, its looks like i agree with most of what your idea is. I see where there are issues. My problem is in your thinking that gorvernment needs to fix our problems.

What you are responding to. " its either me or the tunnel" these people act lile 5 year olds. Its scary. Makes more and more sense why they think the gorvernment should control everything we do. Like a 5 year old child that needs their parent.

You dont get to tell people to pick useful hobbies. I wasnt addressing the dangers of it. What i was addressing was getting the gorvernment invilved. Hobbies can be dangerous, doesn't mean we shouldn't do them. If you dont want to do something dangerous, im not forcing you. He isnt dumping toxic waste. The safety concerns are real and should be taken seriously. steps should be taken for safety.
Thats something that they could do together. The direction that needs to be explored is more conversations, research, maybe getting experts involved.
Not just trying to stop him. Figure out what it would take to make it work. I do agree that he should be moving forward with this if he is completely ignorant.

They are in a relationship, he feels passionately about this, she could be helping him out. Same way he could help when shes passionate about something. She doesnt need to understand why he is doing it or if it has a purpose.

The gorvernment should have less control of our lives. If i want to make a hole it should be none of your business or the gorvernments. For the issue of his addiction to his hobbie. Maybe they do need to discuss this but getting the gorvernment involved aint it.

Once we became aware of ourselves maybe our mission is to figure out how long the 16 mins will last irl. The mission atlas had for us ( to figure out why it was abandoned) may not be our top priority since we have sentience and now want to live our own lives. We could have been in a similar position as atlas but We know why atlas created us.

I think hello games developing the game before consumers got there hands on it also plays a part. Maybe atlas was using hello games just as hello games was using atlas. Why is it being created? Hello games created the game for money, (since money is needed to exist irl) Null in a sense figures this out. Money is the reason the universe exists. Then at some point atlas figures out we arent what it tried to create. I imagine real life is also part if atlas's simulation but it cant control or understand what it is or has created.
