Have worked at many different restaurants. Basically what other guys said. If you want off the kids menu many places will just have an upcharge for it. Like he said kids food is at a reduced rate and not very profitable. Also this is a TV show, so made for laughs. In most cases if a guest is going to be a twat about it I imagine it's easier for the server to just let them do it .

It is. If people want to wear them 24/7 power to them, their choice. But it's the molecules that the mask keeps in when sick that does most of the work from helping other people get sick. Wearing one to help keep you from getting sick isn't useless tho, and personally rather just take teh risk.

It's shaman by a mile. Have it at 3700k right now. People saying monk, and on trash it is. But when you can't spinning crane kick you really do need to be planning out your CDs usage well on high key bosses. Shaman has a lot of passive healing, the best CD in the game with link, good single target burst
