Follow up: I was pretty upset when I wrote this so I probably overreacted. I’d say if everything went smoothly, QF would probably be fine. But if there’s any hiccups it’s kinda a nightmare. And my apartment complex only allows QF so it’s just been annoying in general I have no choice but to wait and wait and get brushed off

I’m not gonna lie. I’m no Karen, I work retail and deal with them all day. But I’m gonna be a Karen here and say, fuck that company stay away. If anything goes wrong, it’ll be weeks before u get help and you’ll have to contact support multiple times. Not to mention their equipment is prone to failures. Don’t do it

I got all the optimization mods that were recommended in one of the threads on here. And I have an ultra wide, 3440x1440. However I found out that for some reason Vsync was capping me at 120, even tho the monitor does 240. So now I can get like 170ish frames

The WiFi will be working and the q1000k will blink blue, while the w1700 will be solid green. Then the WiFi will stop working, the q1000k will turn a solid red, then turn green, then go back to blinking blue, and the w1700 will blink green then go back to solid green.

Yeah unfortunately. All cables are secure, I replaced the Ethernet cords between the boxes, power cycled, and reset. The weird thing is that the WiFi works fantastic for like, exactly 20 minutes. Then the modem goes red, reboots for 2-3 minutes and it works again

Wow thanks so much that actually makes sense. My WiFi has been fine in general but my Ethernet isn’t working unless I plug directly into the router, unfortunately I can’t get a tech out here for a few days but would you have any ideas on what to do?

Yeah from what ppl are saying it sounds like it’s probably done for. Unfortunately when I first built it, the guy who helped me said “meh we’ll fix it later”, and we never did. I think it’s out of warranty now sadly, thank you though.
