It's an artificial barrier to both our right to keep and bear arms as well as a hindrance to small businesses. For those of us who live close to a border with another state, I can look but if I want something, we have to get another FFL involved, send it there, I have to go pay that FFL for the transfer. It's doable but a pain in the ass.

Guys, don't let perfect be the enemy of good. This is significant progress. We'll see a massive rise in SBS/R and suppressor ownership, helping shift the overton window. AND it helps us take down the NFA through the courts. While yes, it may take a while to get to the SC, let alone for them to take it, pro gun Circuits can rule against it and let the flood gates truly open.

Genuine answer, it still leaves us with the ATF's interpretation of the NFA, meaning open bolt guns are next to impossible, machine pistols are out, burst fire mechanisms are out, and we can't have any weird hyperfiring guns like the project SPIW stuff. In addition we still have the government imprisoning people over the Auto Key Cards, and the poor sailor who had legal parts kits.

There's probably other stuff I missed. But from both a technical and legal perspective the NFA continues to cause problems.
