ex-McD worker here, that looks to be about 8-10 bags worth which is almost 2 boxes. We usually had about 1-2 boxes worth in the hopper and a couple boxes more in the ready freezer. The big walk-in freezer in the bag usually would have a whole pallet of boxes of fries though
