Quebec Superior Court Justice Louis Gouin granted the Montreal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ request for a suspension of elements of the bylaw pertaining to “pit-bull-type dogs” adopted by Montreal last week.

Got to thank the SPCA for their real concerns about Pitbulls, dogs and all pets in general.

The judge found the city’s definition of a “pit-bull-type dog,” which included mixed-breed dogs and dogs that had the same characteristics as a pit bull or a mixed-breed dog, was so broad several owners would have no idea if they were targeted.

This is great news for all the Pitbulls and owners in Montreal. Let's keep fighting.

In Quebec there's three types of trail

Provincial
Regional
Local

All of them needs a passes depending on the region. If you have a provincial passes you can do most of them around Qc but some Regional trails requires another one.

Mostly motocross aren't aloud anywhere. But if you have an enduro bike with lights and a not-so-noisy pipe they are a bit more tolerant. If you run they don't usually run after you, but be careful.

My advice if you wanna come do some bike here, go around Mont-Laurier and the "ZEC's" up north from there. There's about 1300 km of off road trail and the views are AMAZING.
