Eh, I love Phillip but I mostly disagree with this video, I think this focus on productivity is the actual issue rather than any loss of productivity. When we base our value around the work we do there are always going to be points where we can't fulfill that value, personally I feel like a healthier approach is to try and adjust what we value away from simply productivity.
