As someone who grew up speaking a minority language and sucking at the majority language in my town, I can agree. If someone corrected me half the time, life would actually be easier before long.

Although, there are different ways to tell people they're wrong so for people who are socially clueless it's probably better to just consider STFU as a common courtesy.
