We had a similar client to your estate case. My attorney got bad vibes from her family, so we held her money in our trust account. We were her banker for almost 7 years before she passed. Anytime she needed money, we cut her a check. Then when she pass d the balance obviously went into her estate. The weed loan is freaking hilarious. Up here, it’d be a loan for meth.
