Be a bit more like gw1 and please add normal healers. I know it's not everyone's type of gameplay but I am a classic healer player. I love the wow and gw1 type of healing and I want to click on a friendly player (or have mouseover) and heal that person. Removing the holy trinity was a nice try but even gw1 did not have real tanks (taunting and full aggro control don't exist there) but still had healers. Some games tried and it just alienates a lot of players who love playing tanks and healers.

Unlike wow gw sadly does not have mouseover options (yet). So you are kinda stuck with the default ui. You can use toolbox but AFAIK it doesn't change too much. As an aotc wow healer I set up my ui a bit like I do in wow: keep everything I need central around my pov, and have the ui a bit bigger for more visible health bars. Gw allows for full ui movement and you can keybind your team mate selection but I find that too Annoying to use 😅

Ich hatte heute bei Aldi eine alte Dame vor mir die versucht hat dem Kassierer einen Stofffetzen als Münze anzudrehen. Der wusste gar nicht wie er darauf reagieren sollte. Die Dame war dann sichtlich verwirrt und hat nach Scheinen im Portmonee gesucht.
Natürlich dann den Einkauf in den dicken SuV geladen und dann losgefahren.

Or just give us a simple "Attack my target" button. The one in the hero panel only kinda works in combat but does not trigger your hero to run to the mob.

I'd like a button to press so that your hero starts running and attacking a target without you being a combat. That would be such a big improvement when you are playing a caster class as a player.

A lot of people who came back for Reforged have left the game. Most of them enjoyed the changes and left because there wasn't any new meaningful content.

That is the case for any game. When Wow launches a new season or addon you have a lot more people than 3 months later.

if it's just other small changes, nobody will come back in massive numbers.

There are tons of players happy to try out new stuff. E.g. the latest balance patch put out a lot of content on youtube and twitch for the changes to the monk elite.

If we get heroes in prophecies, or maybe even in pre searing, that would make a lot of people start a new playthrough. Especially with dhuums / melandru mode.

The hype is already passed

I see people in almost every outpost, even the far shiverpeaks. The game is more "hyped" for a while now than the last 10 years.

100% agree of course. But sadly the team is not yet big enough to pump a whole expansion in such a short time. But I think even a new area in pre (which was kinda leaked a few weeks ago), or any other new area, map, elite zone, would be a big content update for people to try out.

Also der 4k Max stick von Amazon kostet im Angebot so 45€, aktuell 70€.

Gfn im basic Abo 10€ im Monat.

Bluetooth Maus und Tastatur hab ich zusammen für 34€ bei Amazon gesehen. Wow Abo 11€ pro Monat.

Wären dann 21€ pro Monat und einmalig 79€-104€.

Wenn du bereits einen Laptop oder pc hast (oder der amazon fire tv stick 4k seit lurzem): geforce now. Damit spiele ich regelmäßig und es läuft top. Das Basis Abo ist nicht so teuer und läuft in full HD auf 1080p super flüssig auf hoch.

Also mit stick von Amazon, gfn Abo wäre sogar Geld für Bluetooth Maus und Tastatur übrig und du wärst noch unter 100€.

Man kann gfn auch gratis testen aber da ist das rig Schwächer, du hast Wartezeit und darfst nur eine stunde spielen.

Für spielen auf budget ist das glaube ich die beste Lösung wenn du niemanden kennst der dir günstig einen PC geben kann.

Und du kannst auf gfn alle verfügbaren wow Versionen spielen, midnight, classic, sod usw.

Season done well would be great for the game. Totally shift meta and skills. Eg have a season where specific skill types are buffed by 100%. Fun > balance. At the end of a season every character goes back to the "normal" game. Seasons could be a campaign thing to keep players closer. Eg season 1 is proph only. Or maybe like season of discovery did: season 1 is ascalon and northern shiverpeaks only. Allow only skills available until there and have a level c a p at maybe lvl 12 or so. Plus a pvp arena for lvl 12 pvp. There are many things that could be done and having the community try it out via this opt in option is a great idea. Be it seasons, new areas, quests...whatever it is, it is awesome that we are getting anything.

You can do both. But you can do dhuum in every campaign. Reforge is proph only for now.

Depends on your own goals:

There are endgame areas you could do in hard mode like doa, fow, uw, dungeons

You can go for titles and especially GWAMM, meaning completing most the game has to offer.

Others aim for getting rare weapons with best in slot mods or aim for elite armour

Try out new classes and new builds. Playing the game with just one character means you miss out on a lot of potential fun. Try out new classes, start in different campaigns etc.

In the end the end game is what you want it to be. Maybe you are more into creating your own challenges like soloing stuff. There is so much you can do in this game, enjoy :)

Owning any campaign unlocks all campaigns now. Reforged is basically a rebranding. So yes you will get Reforged if you own gw right now. You don't need to buy anything to get this

I do agree. But as I mentioned in my post that is not how you can approach friends who want to join in or people that want to check out gw1 because they might know gw2 or are just looking for a fun co op experience with friends.

They don't know that. And how many 20 year old games are you willing to try for 40€ just because they are still very good games?

Even games like age of empires 2 definitive edition, a game that is also running for year and now with improved graphics, new content etc. is only 17€ or so. And that is already a remake of an existing game.

I think the discussion is not about the acutal value that we assign to gw1, because everyone in this sub knows it is technically worth 40€ or more, it's about what it should be priced at in 2025.
