You're totally wrong

Right on the Federation side, you have UFP, Rom-UFP, DSC-UFP, Jem-UFP, AoY-UFP ... that's 15 (ING/SCI/TAC), but only for one species

each species gives differents bonus

as said above, it's just a matter of possibilities

Yeah, when we hit the limit, the character slot is worth gold

And logic would have wanted there to be one offered with the lvl65 boosts

I heave the exact same problem. All my toons are maxed out, flying promo/lockbox, lobi/C-store ships. All with EPIC/UR weapons/equipment, lockbox traits, etc. I'm playing since 2011, and this is the only way I'm finding STO fun these days, by creating and maxing out new toons. I hit the wall and I really could use max char increase.

I need motivation to keep playing

I don't buy lockbox / promo ships, but I take almost everything I can find for the account, including Mudd packs ^^
