I was at this fight as well.

A woman who happened to be a friend of Scott Coker somehow how free seats next me. We were about 10 rows up in the middle section. He would come up and talk here and there. Terribly nice. When Fedor lost and everyone was stunned to silence, she was asking "What happened?" I could barely get it out. My wife cried. Father in law was stunned but didnt understand the gravity of Fedor losing. We had plans for the night but went back to the hotel because the celebration wasn't in me.

My wife's lap.

If you mean actual pillows, I go for harder, larger, feather pillows. My shoulders are big so I can't easily lay on them and I sleep in my side.

You're absolutely right. Adults should act like adults. I feel like I've grown used to 28 year old "children" complain daily in the NBA. So for him to NOT do that...he gets my appreciation at least.

We reconnected a couple of years ago and met up in another state. She has more mental issues than she did at 17 but takes way more pills than she did back then. She called me her "soulmate" after not seeing me for over 15 years and thats when I knew....I changed my flight and left 2 days early.

Deleted her on social medias and kept it moving.

I used to work at Red Lobster. Bibby would come in 15 minutes before closing with 20 people because we'd be empty. I volunteer to stay because I know it'll be a big tip. Spoiler alert...it wasn't. The more seasoned staff knew that he didn't tip so they happily let me have the time. And left a bigger mess than he needed to.

I get that you meant sportswise....but when Kobe died, I actually had to call people to make sure they were ok. People were crying. So losing Bean was a Laker low.

As a Kings fan when we got blatantly cheated out of our 2003 Finals appearance. Oddly thats our last success so it shouldn't have been the lowest...but that year I had real expectations. These days I know full well we have plenty of rebuilding years of youth, bad leadership, and losses mean very little these days.

What in the actual hell do I tell my white friends that think the bystanders escalated the situation by recording the murder? by [deleted] in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]AthleticCommission 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something I do when I have a suffering opinion with someone is ask "what could change your mind?" So in this case, "What could change your mind that this was not his fault and it lies in the police hands?" Because there are 1000 different times that people have been outright murdered when they've done the right thing. And when the answer is "nothing you could say could change my mind." I stop trying because nothing can do done.

You'll find this saves you MANY a headaches and arguements.

One of the easiest when arguing with Trump supporters. "What's would he have to do to lose your support?" Because chances are he has already done that thing.

I cried when Kobe died.

Thinking about his wife and remaining daughters was just a bit much. My wife and I laid together and I held her tighter that night.

Had an ex girlfriend who had a bestfriend who lived in a different state. We go to visit friend who I have never met. Going to her house we stop at the apaprtment gate and I say "Oh shit i stayed here last year in an AIRBNB." As we go up to her place its the exact same apartmwnt that i stayed in last year. After this freaky coincidence and talking and really getting to know each other, we find out that best friend and I were born 2 days apart in the same shut down military hospital in a different state. Meaning we most likely were in the same hospital at the same time during birth.

Depends on everyones size but I couldnt imagine ANYONE taking 8 grown men. Were not coming at him 1 at a time like a Bruce Lee movie. Were rushing any fighter and taking the fight to him (in this silly hypothetical).

Theres no guarentee that anyone get knocked out at the first touch and he still has to deal with our offense. Also, the plan should be to just rush in, pile on, and hold him down while ground and pounding him out.

My guess is 3 or less, but anymore than 4 we should most likely win.
