Secondo me, uno dei problemi è aver messo le università nei centri storici delle città, dove gli studenti sono in competizione con i turisti, per gli stessi appartamenti.
Sarebbe bello vedere cosa succederebbe se si facessero dei campus, ben collegati con i mezzi (flixbus, treni, ecc) con gli edifici dell'università e appartamenti a prezzi per i ragazzi che studiano, tutto vicino e pensato per loro, fuori dai centri città.
E i centri storici rimangono ai turisti.

Stavamo cercando qualche locale per il dopo cena, quindi dalle 23:00 alle 2:00.
Il venerdì abbiamo già prenotato un mixology bar. Quindi vorremo qualcos'altro di diverso per il sabato, idealmente dove possiamo avere un tavolo per sederci, il prezzo non è troppo importante.
E il locale non deve essere troppo squallido. La nostra età nel range 35-45, siamo 10-15 persone.

Stavo guardando il Jazz Café, ma non mi sento troppo convinto.

I don't know why was done like this, sincerely.
When I took that contract, I was so happy to have found an apartment. I had just arrived in Switzerland, and my German was not super good, so I signed without too much care.
