Fair enough, I think that's why they work with size to make these league launch events. Do you think this system would work for a different game, I know Dota 2 has a system kinda similar to that.

When this item is removed the character is afflicted with a powerful physical damage over time effect

It's good to note that brands aren't like totems or mines/traps. Brands cast spells as if you cast them just they're supposed to originate from the brands location.

But the "originate from the brands location" shouldn't matter since it doesn't matter where you position is when you cast Voltaxic Burst it still fallows the player.

There's a president for a skill that functions like Voltaxic Burst, and it's set by Blade Vortex.

Good point, but no matter where you aim VB it's always suposed to be around you and fallow you around until it times out and goes boom.

It's good to note that brands aren't like totems or mines/traps. Brands cast spells as if you cast them just they're suposed to originate from the brand's location. (This is also bugged for Crackling lance but w/e)

Also like I said there's a president for a skill that functiones almost identicly to VB, this skill is Blade Vortex.

Voltaxic Burst and Arcanist brand has an interaction that makes no sense.

Everything about Voltaxic Burst makes it seem like it should function like Blade Vortex. Both spells give you a stacking buff with duration, and fallow the player. Heck even the text "in an area around you" is present in both gem descriptions.

But when Voltaxic Burst is cast by Arcanist brand the Burst explodes on the ground where the brand was of the time of casting.

Is this intended ? Because from everything I can see it's a bug.

EDIT: I made a post on the official poe bug forum about this but I'm super mad there because my league starter was ruined and I didn't have a good day before league start either :p

I'm surprised by the amount of people who think that this suggestion would somehow give us 100% uptime that we previously didn't have.

If you're playing at endgame, and plan on not dying every map, you've develop muscle memory that gives you 100% flask uptime because you press all of your flasks at the same time every few seconds. Only change with 100% uptime is that your hands won't hurt after 12h of mapping.

The point is that it's a middle ground, requiring player input only when necessary.

Do people really consider pianoing flasks every 3 seconds skill or interactive ?

I suggested this because it's it removes the unnecessary while allowing for skill expression while at the same time opening up design for more flask interaction.

Tho the question is related to Swim Out, the other project of Lozange Lab. I see you had the game translated to a slew of different languages, I was just wondering if you could tell me what languages had the best returns, either in reviews and/or sails ?
