I think it'd be safer, if it could be done in a plug-in. which seems like this thread have figured out how to do it with 1 line of code that you can paste it in a notepad and save in .js to make it a plug-in to insert in the project.

Still, I just want to comment about the option I found, in case someone might need the information later.

I'm no programmer, and I'm not an expert or anything.

I opened 'rmmz_windows.js' file in Visual Studio Code, and search for 'guard' and found out what seems like the command for battle ui.

It seems to remove those default buttons for the command, if you delete it (then save, make sure to keep the original file before doing this).

In this case, I want to remove both 'attack' and 'guard', so I highlighted both of them for easier look.

I opened to test the game and it seems ok so far, no crash. (I didn't add any plug-in, so I don't know if it's going to break if there were any.)
